Support during labor stages
Continuous labor support at agreed upon time and agreed upon method during labor. Birth coaching and breathing support. Assist in natural comfort measures and pain management.
The moment baby arrives is very special for family and I love to honor that. My support during this time is focused on chest or breast feeding support, assisting with photos for family, assisting with family communication blasts, and other support as needed before leaving family to bond.
Support post birth and labor
Home visit within the first few days after delivery to check on mom, baby and family and provide support in family's preferred way (i.e. adult conversation, watching over baby or other children for uninterrupted time, naps or shower, grocery shopping, home chore support, etc).
Visit or virtual check-in with family during the first few weeks after delivery to support family needs. (i.e. accompany to doctor's appointment, adult conversation, resource research and connection, nourishment support, nap support, etc.)
Home visit or virtual check-in to ensure family is doing well and assist with chosen task or need.
