The driving force of Restorative Birthwork is serving others. Birth is a process that requires and demands. It requires birthing people to offer their bodies to a growing tiny human. It requires families to open their hearts, minds and homes to a new family member. It demands patience, grit and embracing the unknown. It can take a lot to prepare for birth, endure pregnancy, survive labor and navigate postpartum and one does not have to that alone. The work of birthing humans is best done in community, and my role as a doula is to support birthing families to provide resources of education, skills, mindset shifts and exercises, physical support, planning and coordinating during this time. Restorative Birthwork is here to bring back the joy, rest, peace, and more back into your birthing journey.
MEET THE DOULA
My name is Yeti and I am trained community doula. Outside of my training, I have previous experience supporting family and friends through different parts of their birth journeys. I am a born and raised Southern California resident and am honored to serve birthing families in the Inland Empire areas. I view birth as a very sacred experience and honor the unique desires and needs of each family I serve. My faith informs a lot of what I do and how I do it. I pray that am able to love God by loving on these families.
DOULA SERVICES
Restorative Birthwork offers doula services at any point during pregnancy and beyond birth. We view a doula as someone to provide guidance, offer insight and accompany a family based on their need. Sometimes that looks like prenatal consultations and visits. Other times that looks like labor support in your birthing space. Often it looks like home visits in the early days, weeks or months that baby arrives. Most times it is some sort of variation or combination of all the examples mentioned. Whatever it is, we will work with you to get you the support you want and/or need.
